Kaefer J. Garcia earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Rutgers University with high honors and his Law Degree from Rutgers School of Law—Newark, where he was a Production Editor on the Rutgers Race & Law Review. He was the recipient of the Rutgers Merit Scholarship, Hispanic Bar Association Scholarship, and Whitman Family Scholarship. While at Rutgers School of Law—Newark, Mr. Garcia served as a Minority Student Program Co-Chair for two years and Co-Chair of the Association of Latin American Law Students for one year.

Mr. Garcia is admitted to the New Jersey and New York State Bars. He has acquired extensive experience in many areas of law while interning and working at the Newark Prosecutor’s Office, Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office, serving as the Union City Tenant Advocate, Union City Public Defender, and working at several area private law firms.
